| back from florida!
man...did i have a blast there for a week...im too lazy to upload the pics onto the blog...so just search through my photos and enjoy the pics...
where do i begin about this trip...it was just EAT, SLEEP, TRAIN...training 830 and 330 everyday for about 1.15 hr...from monday to friday...with thursday afternoon off...and saturday's mini regatta....a total of 120km of paddling in one week!...man...was it exhausting...but in the end it's all worth it...by tuesday morning i was SORE...i couldnt even get out of the bed...it took me a good 30 min...to roll off...im that sore...haha....
food wise was GREAT....one of my roommate...Richard...we call him GG for grandpa godin...haha...he's can cook up a storm...we had tuna steaks as you can see in the pics...chinese food...pasta...oh man..i was stuffed every single night...and i drank everynight too...haha..mini keggar by heinny...it was awesome...by the last day before i had to leave...i drank about 6 beers...it was great...haha...
on thursday where we had afternoon off...went to cocoa beach...got a nice tan...went boogie boarding...threw around some frisbee...helped out a hot blonde with her umbrella...it was all good...
with all going well...i came home with at least 9 blisters...and considering with my magical hands...i need them to make money!...my left hand is in a real bad shape...so gotta let it heal and prob do some salt glow on it see if it makes it smoother...
i learned a great deal on this trip...from paddling and bonding with the team...i enjoyed every single moment of it...so apparently i was talkin to Richard...and Mayfair Predators...is probably top 5 team in the world...when i heard that...my mind was just confused and in awe...ARE YOU NUTS!!!...im on the team...this is crazy....i cant beleive it when i heard it....im soo fortunate of meeting the great coach and climb my way up to the top...im glad i got a spot on this team...and i will not let my team down...

| it only seems like yesterday when i booked the flight...now im leaving tmr!...wow....
i had a great weekend...
friday - pretty chilling day...then clinic...had all 3 spots booked...and out came no where i had this hot chick..and we're just chattin it up...haha...it was good times...details to be left inside cubicle...haha....went to go for tea later on that evening cuz howard wanted to chill...so we went and he saw his cute girl...haha...it's funny...how he's like...yo bro...check that out check that out...haha....then along came freddie who just finish watching raptors at the ACC...talk about his girl problems...how girls like to play mind games and shit...and i agree...it doesnt come easy anymore...
saturday - woke up early...studied for a bit...then headed to skool for exam...not as nervous...haha...cuz i know for sure that i will pass it...so i got sent to a room...with one window and no cameras...and it's down the hall where nobody can hear me....so i started to write the exam...then after i finished...i thought...i gotta help my buddies out...so i started to copy the questions...wait a minute...i took out my camera phone....BAM!...just started taking pics of the entire exam....haha...im a genius...i was scared shitless when i was doing it...what if somebody walks in...i could have been expelled on the spot...but whatever...this teacher of this course tried to fuck me over...this time is pay back time...after taking pics....handed in my exam paper...and got my result right away....I PASSED!!,....wooo hoo...then i told others what questions were on it...and said my good byes to everybody....
went home and sent out all the pics to my close buddies...they were all shocked what i did but yet grateful...haha....finished my packing...then howard called me up to wax my new car...took us a good 2 hours...wash, rinse, dry, wax....oh man...it's sooo silky smooth now....headed home for dinner...then off to ron's house for some poker action...5 players in....i got out within like 10 hands...unlucky....ron rivered me the hand to hit a full house...sigh....lucky....then i re buy in after 10 hands after...then luck started to turn the table...before i know it...i was heads up with the guy who took me out...haha....YAY...I WON $15!!!!....haha....it's been awhile since i won....sweet....
came back home...walked into my parents room...saw this huge bruise/cut on my dad's arm...then i thought to myself...while im having all these fun outside...my dad is suffering injuries...that really squeezed my heart into a ball...i dont feel good all of a sudden...a lil heartache...it's been awhile since i felt this feeling....it just makes me wanna do soo many things for my parents...lessen their load of work or something...everything will be settled when i come back...i will make my parents proud one day....

leave all my worries, stress, everything behind in markham is what i really need right now...skool is gay...just lil things that teachers find to accuse me of doing...like shit man...other ppl are doing the same thing...why do you have to pick on me?...
whatever...hopefully after next week...things will start moving and then BAM...graduation!!...i cant wait for that either...then this summer is gonna be awesome!...racing with new team..travelling around and race...wish i got paid to this this for my career...then i would train 7 days a week...haha...
hopefully i will get some beautiful shots to share with you guys....and write a poem while i have a nice tan on the beach...ahh...i can just feel the warm air and the waves splashing my feet...haha...ok ok ok...i'll stop...

| wow...i guess it has been awhile...more than a yr of xanga drought...and im back...
guess i cant live w/o the world of blogging...cuz theres just soo much things in my mind...
anyways...went to republik last night with edric...it's been almost a yr since i went clubbin...since im too busy with training, work, and skool...every saturday morningn i gotta wake up early for dboat dry land training and teaching early sunday morning...there is no time for me to party...NA DA...so thank goodness of easter long weekend...and the swimming session as well as dboat training came to an end for now...i was able to hit up the club...waited for at least an hour in the cold...but was it worth it?...i guess so...edric nearly pulled it off...but sigh...nothin...it was a self confident builder for sure...im sure next time i go will be much better prepared...
onto about dragon boat...ever since i went ot the predators...im loving it...training 5 times a week...i've reached to a new starndard...im up to a point where im not sore after each work out...if i am sore...it's only a lil bit...i guess i've plateaued already...so good friend of mine dave who's also the candian 10k champ gave me some advice on supplements...so as of now im taking branched amino acids and glutamine both to help me speed up recovery which i need definitely when i head down to florida in a week...training 10 times a week...it's insane!!...what i paddled the whole season last yr...i will be paddling in a week...damn...that's hardcore...hopefully one day i will be representing canada to the world championships...
